30th December 2011 - What a busy day
Well, today has been a very busy day indeed.
It started early with the Plumber arriving to continue fixing our heating system.
Then it was off to see Rachel at Vale Vets in Dursley, to get an update on JD, and also for Del to see Emma the chiropractor.
Del was treated by Emma because since his accident in the country park, he still isn't right, so hopefully we can get him mended soon.
JD had to stay in for more x-rays, so we left him there, and set off for Taunton, Somerset to visit Carol Smith and the puppies.
The pups are so scrummy, but as yet they aren't doing much. They still look like little hamsters. Kim is a brilliant mum though, and it was so lovely to see her with her babies. There are two boys (one of which will be mine) and four girls. All are tri coloured and all are quite classically marked. This litter were bred because both myself and Carol want to keep a puppy, we thought that we had enough homes for them all, but due to unforeseen circumstances there is a girl puppy now looking for a new owner.
Carol did us a chicken lunch which was most appreciated as we had spent quite a time sitting on the M5, which really is a very annoying motorway, just stopping for no reason, think it's so that people can admire the scenery??
Then it was back to get JD and Rachel had some wonderful news for us, his foot was healing nicely, the bone had almost healed and the infection nearly gone. He is back on anti-biotics to get the rest of that damned infection which has caused us so much heart ache. We're hoping that when he is re x-rayed in four weeks time it will be completely healed.
Just got home and now relaxing. What a day.

**New Blog**
Hi,
This is my new Blog. I've decided that I'll do a separate page for my dogs which will be listed under the links on the left hand side. I'll use this home page for general news and training ideas or days that I am organising.
This is still a work in progress so please follow me to find out where this takes me.
My first big news is I'm going to look at a litter of puppies tomorrow.
They are from Del and Kim (Blackrobin Sundance) born on the 23rd December.
Del is currently my youngest, so a puppy will be a lovely and very much need addition to my gang.
